1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PaisaMax ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PaisaMax is a personal finance management application designed for Pakistani users. The App provides financial tracking tools, calculators, educational content, investment information, and insurance guidance. PaisaMax is not a financial advisor, broker, or licensed financial institution.
3. Not Financial Advice
Important: The information provided by PaisaMax is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be construed as personalized financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
- One account per person is allowed
5. User Data
All financial data you enter (income, expenses, assets, liabilities) is self-reported. PaisaMax does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data. The accuracy of calculations, scores, and projections depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.
6. Investment & Insurance Information
PaisaMax displays information about Pakistani financial products (investments, insurance) for educational purposes. We may include referral links to third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party product information. Investment returns are not guaranteed and past performance does not predict future results.
7. Committee Feature
The committee (rotating savings group) tracking feature is a digital tool for organizing existing informal savings arrangements. PaisaMax does not facilitate, guarantee, or insure committee payments. All committee participation is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PaisaMax — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of PaisaMax and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
PaisaMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, any financial decisions made based on information provided by the App, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
